We had the opportunity to take portraits of one of our favorite families this past December. They are always in the happiest of moods and the colors that resulted in these portraits were so perfect for the season. We wish The Liu Family the best in 2012.

Aera Energy Holiday Party ~ December 10th, 2011

We had a great time at Aera's annual Holiday party. Each room had a color theme with details that captured the mood decorated by no other than Flourishing Art. We'd like to thank all of you who provided the positive feedback for our performance on the day. We really nailed it when we brought the props for people to use. May 2012 be even better.

Crystal & Justin Engagement ~ November 19th, 2011

Our newest engaged couple are Crystal and Justin; and, we have no other but the internet to thank for their coming together! These two love birds will tie the knot June of 2012. Although it seems like it is kind of far into the future it will be here before we know it. We had a really good time taking their engagement portraits and getting to know them.

Enzio and Family ~ November 18th, 2011

Little baby Enzio just keeps growing and growing. Soon he will be little toddler Enzio! By the pictures we took I think you can tell he is not one for hats - even fun ones that are themed for the season. It's ok; he looks adorable anyway!

Leiya's 1st Birthday ~ November 7th, 2011

We loved themed portraits! For Leiya's first Birthday that theme was Tiffany! Although this beautiful little girl's first year was very difficult for her and her family she has pulled through beautifully. She loves her big brother and is an awesome little girl that deprives her parents of sleep and loves to be treated as the princess she is.

The Christmas season is officially here! But, as Jana & Scott said, "We want untraditional!" Well you know what, you can't get more untraditional than alley's in down town Bakersfield! It's always a pleasure working with our first customers from years ago and watching as their family grows together in numbers and in bond.
